All On Six Implant is a procedure that allows a prosthesis to be fixed on four implants placed at specific angles on the same day in fully edentulous patients.
This technique is used in patients who have lost all their teeth or who have to have them extracted and who have no bone in the back of the jaw. It is very important for the patient to have fixed teeth on the same day. In addition, the patient should not have any condition that would prevent dental implant surgery and should have sufficient bone volume. If the patient does not have sufficient bone structure, sinus lift or grafting procedures are performed at MaxxClinic outpatient clinics.
What are the stages of All On Six treatment?
Patients scheduled for All On Six treatment must first undergo a detailed clinical and radiological evaluation at any MaxxClinic clinic. Computerised Tomography (CT) scans are used to create a personalised treatment plan.
The All On Six procedure is a two-stage surgical and prosthetic procedure. On the day of treatment, after 6 dental implants are placed according to the plan, the temporary prosthesis is fixed to the implants on the same day. After 3 months, the patient is fitted with permanent dentures.
